How do I post a job?
Tap "Post Job", select a category, describe what you need, and add photos if you like. Your job will be live and receiving bids within seconds.
How do I place a bid?
Browse available jobs in your area, tap "Place Bid", then set your price and add a message to the homeowner explaining why you're the right fit.
Is my payment secure?
Yes, all payments are processed securely through the app. Your payment details are encrypted and never shared with other users.
How do I get verified as a professional?
Upload your ID, certifications, and insurance documents in the app. Our team will review and verify your profile, usually within 24 hours.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, you can cancel through the booking details screen in the app. Please note that our cancellation policy applies depending on how close to the scheduled time you cancel.
How do reviews work?
After a job is completed, both the homeowner and the professional can leave a star rating and written review. Reviews help build trust across the platform.
How do I delete my account?
