Terms of Service

Effective date: 28 March 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a professional account or using the AllSorted Professional mobile application (the "Pro App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the app. AllSorted reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Account Creation

To create a professional account on AllSorted, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Be a resident of the United Kingdom.
  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal and business information.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at hello@allsorted.pro.

3. Verification Requirements

As a professional on AllSorted, you must:

  • Provide valid and current professional credentials as required for your trade (e.g., Gas Safe certificate, DBS check, public liability insurance).
  • Provide a valid government-issued ID for identity verification.
  • Keep all credentials and certifications up to date. You must upload renewed documents before existing ones expire.
  • Notify AllSorted immediately if any credential is revoked, suspended, or otherwise becomes invalid.

AllSorted reserves the right to suspend your account if your credentials expire or cannot be verified.

4. Using the Service

AllSorted allows you to browse available jobs, submit bids, and connect with homeowners. When using the service, you agree to:

  • Only bid on jobs that fall within your verified trade and expertise.
  • Provide accurate descriptions of your qualifications and experience.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and communications in a timely and professional manner.
  • Not use the platform for any illegal or prohibited purpose.

5. Bidding Rules

  • Bids must be genuine and reflect accurate pricing for the work described.
  • You must not submit spam bids, artificially low bids with the intent to renegotiate later, or bids on jobs you have no intention of completing.
  • Once a customer accepts your bid and a booking is confirmed, you are expected to honour the agreed price and complete the work.
  • Repeated failure to honour accepted bids may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Service Delivery

When performing work booked through AllSorted, you agree to:

  • Complete all work to a professional standard and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Carry valid public liability insurance at all times while performing work.
  • Arrive at the agreed time and communicate promptly if there are any delays or issues.
  • Leave the work area clean and tidy upon completion.
  • Address any customer concerns or issues arising from the work in a professional manner.

7. Payments and Commission

  • Payments for services are processed through the app using our secure payment processor.
  • AllSorted charges no commission on jobs. You keep 100% of the agreed job price.
  • Payment will be released to you after job completion and customer confirmation.
  • Disputes regarding payment will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Subscriptions

  • AllSorted Pro offers three subscription tiers: Free, Pro, and Elite. Each tier provides different levels of access and features.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • AllSorted reserves the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.

9. Professional Conduct

As a professional on AllSorted, you are expected to:

  • Show up on time for all confirmed bookings.
  • Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers at all times.
  • Dress appropriately and present yourself professionally.
  • Not solicit customers to transact outside of the AllSorted platform.
  • Respect customer property and privacy.

10. Reviews

  • Customers may leave reviews after a job is completed.
  • You must not solicit fake reviews, incentivise positive reviews, or intimidate customers to remove negative reviews.
  • AllSorted reserves the right to remove reviews that are abusive, fraudulent, or violate these Terms.
  • If you believe a review is unfair or fraudulent, you may report it to AllSorted for investigation.

11. Cancellation

  • You may cancel a confirmed booking, but repeated cancellations will negatively affect your profile and may result in account restrictions.
  • If you must cancel, notify the customer as early as possible through the app.
  • No-shows (failure to arrive without cancellation) are treated as serious violations and may result in immediate account suspension.

12. Liability

AllSorted is a marketplace platform that connects homeowners with independent professionals. We are not a party to the contract between you and the customer for services performed.

  • You are an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or partner of AllSorted.
  • You are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of the services you provide.
  • You are responsible for your own tax obligations, insurance, and regulatory compliance.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllSorted's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the app shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

13. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse any customer or other user.
  • Engage in fraudulent activity, including submitting fake credentials or providing false information.
  • Discriminate against any customer on the basis of race, gender, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.
  • Attempt to circumvent AllSorted's payment system.
  • Use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.

14. Grounds for Suspension or Termination

AllSorted may suspend or terminate your professional account for any of the following reasons:

  • Submitting fake, expired, or invalid credentials or verification documents.
  • Repeated no-shows or failure to honour confirmed bookings.
  • Consistently poor reviews or customer complaints indicating substandard service.
  • Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour towards customers or other users.
  • Fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms.
  • Any other conduct that AllSorted reasonably determines is harmful to the platform, its users, or its reputation.

Upon suspension or termination:

  • Your access to the app will be revoked.
  • Any pending bookings may be cancelled and reassigned.
  • Outstanding payments for completed jobs will still be processed.
  • Data retention will follow our Privacy Policy.

You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting hello@allsorted.pro.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
