Delete your account

Option 1: Delete your account in the app

1. Open the AllSorted or AllSorted Pro app and sign in.
2. Tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion when asked.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out. This cannot be undone.

Option 2: Ask us to delete it (no app needed)

If you no longer have the app installed, or can't sign in, email us at hello@allsorted.pro with the subject "Account deletion request".

• Send it from the email address registered to your account, or include the mobile number you signed up with, so we can confirm the account is yours.
• Tell us whether it is an AllSorted (customer) or AllSorted Pro account.

We will confirm once your account has been deleted, within 30 days of receiving your request. You can use the same email address to ask us to delete specific data without deleting your whole account.

What is deleted

• Your login, profile, name, contact details and profile photo.
• Jobs, bids and bookings that are still open or in progress.
• Your messages.
• Reviews you have written and reviews written about you.
• Saved tradespeople, invoices and your device notification settings.

What we keep, and for how long

Some records are kept for a limited time to meet legal, tax and safety obligations, as set out in our privacy policies:

• Completed jobs and bookings are kept for record-keeping but are unlinked from your account, and are fully anonymised after 24 months.
• Account records are retained for up to 12 months after deletion, then deleted.
• Verification documents (AllSorted Pro only, such as ID and Gas Safe certificates) are retained for 36 months after deletion, as required for regulatory and legal purposes, then deleted.

After these periods your data is deleted or fully anonymised so it can no longer be linked to you. See the AllSorted privacy policy and the AllSorted Pro privacy policy for full details.
