Your questions, sorted.
Who is the founding offer for?
The first 50 unique eligible Pros with completed profiles serving Cardiff, in cleaning, non-gas plumbing or electrical work. Gas and boiler work are outside this initial recruitment offer. Downloading the app alone does not confirm a place.
When do my six free months start?
Your six free calendar months start at the actual launch for your relevant trade and area, not when you download the app. Launch dates have not been set.
What does the offer include?
Unlimited access to available relevant leads, with no per-lead fee and no commission. Availability depends on your trade, area and customer activity. There is no guaranteed lead volume, work or earnings.
What happens after the free period?
Continuing on a paid basis requires your explicit opt-in to a fixed subscription. The price is not yet confirmed and must be shown before you choose to subscribe.
Do I need to verify my ID?
ID verification is optional and gives a separate badge. It does not replace essential trade qualifications, which are required for relevant bids. Complete the details and documents requested for your trade in the Pro app.
How do I confirm eligibility?
Start by completing your profile in the Pro app. If you need help with eligibility or offer confirmation, contact hello@allsorted.pro. A download or an unfinished profile is not confirmation of a founding place.
