Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the AllSorted mobile application (the "Customer App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the app. AllSorted reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Account Creation

To create an account on AllSorted, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be a resident of the United Kingdom.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at hello@allsorted.pro.

3. Using the Service

AllSorted allows you to post home service jobs and receive bids from verified professionals. When using the service, you agree to:

• Post jobs honestly and accurately, providing a true description of the work required.
• Not post jobs involving illegal, dangerous, or prohibited activities.
• Provide relevant photos and information to help professionals assess the job.
• Respond to bids and communications in a timely and respectful manner.

4. Bidding and Booking

• Bids submitted by professionals are not binding until you accept a bid and confirm the booking.
• You are free to choose any professional based on price, reviews, qualifications, or any other criteria.
• Once a bid is accepted and a booking is confirmed, both you and the professional are expected to honour the arrangement.
• AllSorted does not guarantee the availability of any professional or the accuracy of any bid.

5. Payments

• You agree to pay the agreed-upon amount for services rendered.
• Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us at hello@allsorted.pro with details of the dispute.
• AllSorted is not responsible for disputes between you and a professional regarding the quality or scope of work. However, we will assist in mediating disputes where possible.

6. Reviews

• After a job is completed, you may leave a review for the professional.
• Reviews must be honest, fair, and based on your genuine experience.
• You must not post fake, misleading, or defamatory reviews.
• AllSorted reserves the right to remove reviews that are abusive, contain hate speech, are fraudulent, or violate these Terms.

7. Cancellation

• You may cancel a booking before the professional arrives at your property.
• Cancellation fees may apply depending on how close to the scheduled time you cancel.
• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on your account.
• If a professional cancels, you will be fully refunded and may rebook with another professional.

8. Liability

AllSorted is a marketplace platform that connects homeowners with independent professionals. We are not the service provider and do not perform any of the home services listed on the platform.

• Professionals who use AllSorted are independent contractors, not employees or agents of AllSorted.
• AllSorted is not liable for the quality, safety, legality, or timeliness of any services performed by professionals.
• We verify professional credentials to the best of our ability, but we do not guarantee the accuracy or validity of any credential.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllSorted's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid through the app in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse any professional or other user.
• Engage in fraudulent activity, including posting fake jobs or providing false information.
• Discriminate against any professional on the basis of race, gender, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.
• Attempt to circumvent AllSorted's payment system to avoid fees.
• Use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.

10. Termination

AllSorted may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination:

• Your access to the app will be revoked.
• Any pending bookings may be cancelled.
• You remain liable for any outstanding payments.
• Data retention will follow our Privacy Policy.

You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting hello@allsorted.pro.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
